So I learned to be resourceful, and that resourcefulness became the foundation for my 20-year journey back to health — and the reason I refuse to let any woman be dismissed, minimized, or told her suffering is just "normal."
My story starts with heartburn and a practically bald baby.
When I was pregnant with my first daughter over 30 years ago, I developed brutal heartburn. The answer I got? "It's just the pregnancy — she must have a lot of hair."
She was practically bald. The heartburn, however, stayed. For over 20 years.
I refused to accept that this was just my "normal." In the early 2000s I discovered yoga, became an instructor, and started eating clean. I did everything right. And yet — the bloating, the digestive pain, the feeling that something was just off — never fully went away.
So I did what any resourceful woman does when the system fails her. I figured it out myself.
I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, then a Metabolic Balance® Coach — combining everything I knew about the body through yoga with personalized nutrition built around my own bloodwork. Years of discomfort and confusion turned into balance, energy, and clarity.
I wasn't broken. I was just missing the right information about my own body. And now I help other women find theirs — without wasting years trying to piece it all together.

That's what I do. I take your bloodwork, your symptoms, your real life — and I translate it into a plan that's clear, doable, and actually works.
I will tell you the truth, even when it's not what you expected. I will have your back completely and pick you up as many times as you need to get to the finish line. And I will never stop looking for the answer — because that's what you deserve.
