Most people see me as a mother, grandmother, and an extreme lover of animals — and sure, that’s part of me. But I’m so much more than the labels life gives me. And guess what? So are you.

We’ve spent long enough squeezing ourselves into boxes that don’t fit. It’s time to stop playing small, start owning who we are, and live the full, vibrant life we deserve.

MY STORY

 I grew up poor — though I didn’t know it at the time. That was one of the greatest gifts my parents ever gave me: the ability to feel rich in resourcefulness, not money. That same grit became the foundation for my journey back to health.

When I was pregnant with my first daughter over 30 years ago, I started having brutal heartburn. I was told, “It’s just the pregnancy — she must have a lot of hair.” Spoiler: she was practically bald. The heartburn, however, stuck around for the next 20+ years.

I refused to accept that this was my “normal.”
In the early 2000s, I discovered yoga, became an instructor, and started eating “clean” — yet the bloating and digestive pain never fully went away. Out of pure frustration with the lack of real answers from the medical world, I decided to figure it out myself.

I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, then a Metabolic Balance® Coach — combining yoga, mindset, and personalized nutrition based on my own blood values. That’s when the magic finally happened. Years of discomfort and confusion turned into balance, energy, and clarity.

Now, I help other women do the same — without wasting years trying to piece it all together.
