Once you're in, I send you a lab request for your bloodwork along with your food scales for weekly weigh-ins. Lab results typically come back within 3–5 days.

I build your completely personalized food plan based on what shows up in your bloodwork. Then we get on a call to go through your plan, the apps, and exactly what you're doing in Phase 1 and 2 — so you start your first week knowing precisely what to do.

Weekly Support

Every week you upload a screenshot of your weigh-in and we connect for a 30-minute video call to review your week, answer questions, and keep the momentum going.
